Lyvia joined Phil Gold Agencies Ltd. as a working partner in 1981, coming from her position as supervisor of printing services at Mount Royal College in Calgary.

Lyvia and her husband Phil have two adult children, Shelley and Tyrone, who along with their spouses have given them seven grandchildren. 

Other than spending time with her grandchildren, Lyvia's favorite pastime is playing golf in the business ladies golf league.

Lyvia's responsibilities at Phil Gold Agencies Ltd. are bookkeeping, co-ordination of travel schedules, reservations, press releases, communications and office management.
